SMT Carrier

The functions of SMT Carrier include loading, printing, mounting and reflux. First, it is responsible for carrying the printed circuit board (PCB), ensuring stability and safety throughout the production process. The Carrier then provides support for the printing process so that the solder paste can be evenly coated on the circuit board. Subsequently, during the mounting process, it helps to accurately position and secure components to guarantee welding quality and reliability. Finally, during the reflow welding phase, the Carrier ensures that the PCB remains in the proper position and temperature during the heating process for efficient welding.
